Every clinic has a phrase on its homepage. Ours is "non-operative, minimally invasive," and it isn't decoration — it describes how decisions get made here.
What it commits us to
- —Starting with the least invasive reasonable option for your situation.
- —Escalating only when there's a clear reason to.
- —Explaining the trade-offs of each step before you agree to it.
- —Referring you onward when your situation calls for something we don't do.
What it rules out
Surgery, and any approach that treats an invasive step as the default first move. It also rules out the quiet version of that problem: selling every patient the same intervention regardless of what they walked in with.
Evidence-informed, not evidence-flavoured
We aim to keep recommendations grounded in current clinical evidence, and to be honest about where evidence is thin. When it is, you should hear that from us — along with what we'd suggest and why.
